Travilon tour and Logistics, incorporated in Nigeria, commenced its operations as a company on 1st July, 2020. Travilon, in the space of 36 months, has rendered its service to over 12,250 customers and has operated in more than five locations.

Travilon tour and Logistics was established to meet the needs of Corporate Bodies, Multinational Organizations and Individuals whose demand for quality service continues to grow.

Getting quality transportation for personnel’s, associates, or visitors of Organizations (International and Local), and manpower support for the operations of these organizations has been a huge challenge for companies and professionals, and Travilon Tours is out to change that.

Our Services:

Car Rentals:

This service allows you to call for vehicles when needed. It allows you to redeploy assets, to ward off redundancy and to create room for variety. You determine the duration of your need for a car, bus, truck or any automobile. It can be a pickup, drop off, daily, weekly or monthly: anyhow you want it.

Pool Car Service

For this service, Travilon will provide your organization with vehicles (dedicated to your organization) to be used by your sales team, procurement and IT departments. This service includes provision of vehicle, chauffeur, maintenance of vehicle and all the registration processes.

Car Leasing: Short, Medium & Long Term:

We offer car-leasing services which are tailored to your exact needs for periods ranging from 6 months classified as short term, 6 – 12 months classified as medium term and 12– 48 months classified as long term. Please note that rates are based on the tenure. As soon as we know your preference, we will be able to quote for this service.

FLEET MANAGEMENT:

Our Fleet Management service provides you the opportunity to concentrate on your core business while we ensure that you remain effectively mobile. This scheme allows us to be responsible for the upkeep of your fleet and ensure that they are road worthy at all times.

The vehicles will be sent to designated workshops for routine as well as non-routine maintenance and invoices reviewed for accuracy and settled on your behalf. These will be collated at the end of every month and an invoice sent to you for settlement. Subject to your approval, we will draw up a schedule and include your fleet in our fleet management program so that you can enjoy the benefits of an efficient and discounted fleet management program.

Personnel Support Services:

This unique service, which we provide, is for the provision and maintenance of professional and skilled manpower to your organization. For this service, we conduct the required pre-employment documentation, payroll inclusion and deployment to your organization from time to time.

Travilon tour and Logistics shall be responsible for the general administration and staff welfare of the chauffeurs including salaries and wages administration, pension, group life as well as other administrative requirements.

Armed Escort/VIP Protection & Journey Management/ Security Escort Vehicle services:

This fit-for-purpose Security Escort Service comes with provision of escort vehicles (4×4 Pickup Trucks), security personnel and chauffeurs with the relevant government.

This service offered is our Premium Service and covers Route Planning, Convoy Management, Communication & Reporting, Dedicated Vehicles & Security Personnel,

Vehicle Tracking, Emergency Response/Incident Control and Pre-screened/vetted and kitted chauffeurs.

Meet & Greet Protocol Services:

This covers from touch down at airport to arrival in hotel/accommodation and pick up from hotel to specified destinations. Travilon tour and Logistics shall provide Protocol, Meet and Greet, first timer orientation/briefing, business meetings/gatherings, transportation and secure journey management using pre-agreed risk assessment and fit-for-purpose logistics assets, facilities and procedures.

Vacation on a Budget Services:

This covers planning of a getaway vacation for honeymooner, work, wedding and all sorts of anniversaries and or business meetings locally and internationally. From hotel accommodation to flight booking, airport pick up and sightseeing and other tourism packages.
